1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl81 ("jl81," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl81 online gaming platform accessible at jl81.today (the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the jl81 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jl81 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jl81 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your jl81 account as an additional security measure.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your jl81 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify jl81 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jl81 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jl81 of a security breach prior to such activity.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jl81 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jl81 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at jl81's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally completed within a few hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
• Verification Requirements: jl81 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds from or request withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
• Minimum Amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the jl81 wallet page. These amounts may be updated from time to time.
• Fees: jl81 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl81 accepts no responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jl81 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl81 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such errors must be reported to jl81 support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl81 staff or other players.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your jl81 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl81 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jl81 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl81 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without jl81's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any jl81 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of jl81's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl81 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in game results caused by circumstances beyond jl81's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

The jl81 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl81 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability, for which jl81 accepts no liability.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, jl81's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

jl81 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Verification: jl81 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any funds returned, subject to verification.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jl81 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where fraudulent activity is suspected.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl81 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jl81 support. jl81 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl81 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jl81 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl81 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the jl81 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
